I am using many techniques to give it an old rustic
look.Brushed and burnt surface enhancing the grain of the wood.
In addition, we use a steel profiles in our worktops, which prevents the worktop from bending and stabilises it.
A perfect choice if you are looking for something unique and to match into a period home or just add rustic character in to your modern kitchen.The wide range of wood stain to choose from(please see picture).Finished with 3 coats of clear matt waterproof varnish.All products are water-based and of good quality.

Top quality worktops at a good price. The finish on these worktops are far superior to any wood tops from the well known kitchen shops. These are like a butchers block nice and thick and expertly distressed to give that rustic finish.
I have ordered shelves and upstands to compliment the worktops and am extremely happy!
